We built the bank we wished we'd had.
We've built companies, scaled them, and sat on both sides of the table. So we know exactly how the old advisory model treats a founder: like an afterthought in a process that's supposed to be about them.
The model that exists today was built for a world of large deals, long relationships and slow processes. Legacy bankers take 3% and disappear after the engagement letter. They send cold, templated buyer lists. They only call when the deal is big enough to justify their time. A 55-year-old MD earning a $2M bonus isn't the enemy — the system that made that the only model is.
Done Deal was built to fix that. We bring institutional-grade M&A and fundraising to companies between ₹10 Cr and ₹300 Cr in enterprise value — a segment traditional banks have ignored for decades. AI runs the analysis. We run the deal.
